Baross Gábor 4 project
Short introduction of the project
We started our 18-month-project supported by National Office for Research and Technology called 'Innovative service development based on international experience' on 4th May, 2009.
Setting up clusters is getting of high importance in Hungary. INNOVITAS Research Centre undertook an important role in these initiatives on regional level and has started two clusters recently. The experience gained so far as well as the membership and work in the committee of Association of Hungarian Clusters and Networks led the organisation to the direction to start thinking about how to improve clusters. Trainings, mainly the e-learning type, which is one of the pillars of our activities can have an essential role in improving them. The knowledge and experience of other organisations mostly ones from other countries can give a great help.
By managing the clusters the aim of the project is to extend the professional knowledge of the colleagues dealing with e-learning. In addition by visiting international conferences, business meetings, and study trips wide range of information can be got which can be used in their everyday work. We pay attention to spreading the gained information widely in our region by this contributing to gain a practice-oriented knowledge. Taking the advantage of e-learning and based on the international information we wish to carry out a considerable development in one of the most important fields, namely the HR field.
Our complex aim is the development of the economy and competitiveness of the region by doing research and development activities. By the project activities we are on the way to create an innovation inspiring and innovation-friendly environment in the region by which we wish to promote the competitiveness of both small and medium-sized companies.
