Baross Gábor 3 project
We started our two-year-project supported by National Office for Research and Technology called ’Developing the methodology of innovative training of cluster experts in the Northern Hungarian Region’ on 1st May, 2009.
The aim of the project is to take a big step for developing the innovative clusters and networking initiatives and create a teaching method which will be capable of giving the necessary information which are the most important for key cluster experts.
After collecting the experience and evaluating the exact needs of the clients we will work out a teaching method which can be the basis of the competitive training of experts. Considering the demands set up by the 20th century we determined two main directions: one of them is the efficient, practise-oriented traditional training-type trainings which help to create personal contact, on the other hand the time- a cost effective as well as flexible in geography and time e-learning-type training systems. By applying these two methods at the same time building and introducing an innovative training structure satisfying all the needs can be successfully carried out.
As a result of the project a teaching method available for everybody will be developed, a training material developed and tested by experts as well as an electronic teaching system which can help in starting an on-going training course in the future applying the developed systems. In the frame of the project we will get into contact with several organisations dealing with research, universities and other innovative organisations as this is the only way of achieving our final aim which will be the engine of creating clusters this way contributing to the development of the whole region.

1. Benchmarking research
As a result of the benchmarking research we got closer to clarifying several so far unclear questions. We gained an insight into some very important questions such as what kind of clusters we can meet in the country today, what kind of difficulties they have to face day by day and which are the fields where they need to be developed the most. Using the results of the survey we have worked out a development package with useful proposals in it.

In the frame of the project we have improved our we
bpage so now it is available not only in Hungarian but also in English for our partners and clients. In addition, our e-learning framework has also been worked out.
