Summary of the opening conference of Hungarian Customer Service Cluster
On 29th October, 2009 we organised the first conference of the cluster called ’In unity for developing customer services’ with the presence of 20 companies. The participants got to know the operation, aims and concepts of the cluster as well as the special opportunities they can have concerning improving their competitiveness on the market if they pool into a cluster organisation. The result of the conference was that the conversation started among the representatives of the companies for the useful operation of the cluster. We realized that be a small regional service provider or a company with international background there are common fields to improve and answer which need collective power and which can be carried out cost effectively and successfully. In addition, we agreed that we would work out special, unique and valuable services and products as the activities of the cluster which provide complex and fruitful solutions for the partners’ problems.

Vocational conference – summary
In October, 2008 we organised two vocational conferences called ’Innovation in the field of HR’ on two premises: Miskolc and Budapest. The motivation of the conference was the often neglegted situation of companies and the other type of appliance of research-development sources. We intended to raise the attention to the unfavourable tendencies and opportunities of the available innovation systems. Our aim was the demonstration of solutions, giving ideas and raising the attention as well as making uncertain questions clear such as the appliance of innovation sources. We also highlighted the significant changes such as the change of the vocational system.
